I have a 2001 ZTS with 16" wheels and put 15" steel wheels and snows on for winter because of the $$$ of snows to fit the alloy rims. The stock tire size on the Focus SE is a 195/60. I got my rims from Canadian Tire and had no issues with fit or clearance.

I did this mod last year to my 02 vert. I got the new headrests from the Ford dealer here in Ottawa for about $250 each. I'm sorry but I don't have the part number. If I can find it I'll post again.

The Orleans cruise is now restricted to older cars (1980 or earlier I think but I could be wrong) so most of the action has moved to Hazeldean. It isn't unusual to get 200 cars there (including some 100% stock Mustangs)
