    2005 ball joint help needed

So FWIW, I'm pretty sure the factory ball joints are spot welded into the lower arms. I tried a press like you did with no luck, and on closer inspection I don't think that is a press fit type ball joint that they use. I just replaced my lower arms, it is doable but kind of a pain in the ass...

    Auto Dimming Mirror

You can always do it if you want to wire it up...I put a GM auto dimming mirror in my old '94 F250. Might be a little more difficult in these cars but it can be done.

    Replace Turn Signals

Honestly the heat sink resistors are super easy to use though provided you have a place to use them. I totally forgot but the ones I used most recently had 194-style plugs on both ends so all you had to do was plug one end into the socket, and plug your light/harness/whatever into the other end...

The Dudestang - installed GT500 Steering Wheel

On mine I just used hose clamps on the ends of the wrap. Easy to install and adjust if needed.

The Dudestang - installed GT500 Steering Wheel

Yeah you can use any kind of wrap. My driver's side pipe is really close to the fuel tank after my header install (don't know why but the headers screwed up the alignment of the pipes) so I used some leftover header wrap on the section near the tank./

    Replace Turn Signals

Yes, what he said. You can only use a limited number of LED's, depending on the circuit, before the system detects it as a blown bulb and just stops sending power to it. It's a weird setup but that's how these newer cars are. You have to use resistors in the circuit for it to detect enough...

Logistics of running 4 fog lights?

If I had to guess that person probably cut out part of an Eleanor style grille and incorporated it into a stock grille. I doubt there'd be any problems except figuring out the wiring. I'm not sure if that would all run off the stock wiring or not. These cars are weird about electrical stuff.

Brake Caliper Interchange S550 and S197

You may be seeing the information on the 2015+ GT's 2 piston calipers. They are much larger and do require a washer as a spacer on the spindle. They also won't fit inside anything smaller than a 19" wheel as far as I know.

Brake Caliper Interchange S550 and S197

AFAIK the ecoboost does use the same 2 piston calipers as the '05-14 cars do.

    Rusty stuck bolts above Cats

You may have to cut them off. The bolts on my clamps were so rusted there was no way they were coming out. I used aftermarket butt joint lap band clamps in their place.

Stutter or jerk at low throttle?

FWIW my car used to have a bad low RPM jerk especially when the engine was still cold, and it was due to the charge motion control valves. After removing them I haven't had the problem since.

Anyone else like to drive twisty roads?

I still do, here in the mountain state there is no shortage of twisty roads, unfortunately they aren't always in the best shape. I do still like to throw it around some corners when I can though.

    Mystery under the hood!

Looks more to me like some kind of upgraded alternator wiring, possibly for a stereo?

Please help I can't find bushings

Yeah try contacting BMR, they may have the bushings available for purchase. If greasing them doesn't help, you may want to drop the arms and check the bushings. I had a set of LCA's with greasable bushings that I neglected a little too long and it chewed up the bushings, so they had a bunch of...

    4.6 3v Control pack

Pretty sure the 3V control pack has been out of production for quite some time. I'm sure the original harness can be made to work but you're going to have a bunch of extra stuff on it that you won't need. I don't really know the particulars of that though, unfortunately.

    Camshaft recommendations

Well, the cushmans may not be quite what you want then, they have a nice cold idle lope but once the car warms up it's not as pronounced. Example, this is a cold start with some mufflers that were basically just hollow resonators when I was testing them out: View: https://youtu.be/UYSzu_W1wls...

    Camshaft recommendations

Well there's lots of options out there. People go with those because they're the best known. I went with a set from Cushman Motorsports because I'd heard great things about them and also because I was able to get them for $600 on a Black Friday sale a few years back. Lunati also makes several...

    Camshafts for sale

Well did you check the classifieds? Also good luck. Used cams are sometimes not too easy to find. I wanted to go used to save money but ended up ordering cams on a Black Friday sale after a couple months of searching.

“Mystery Mufflers” vs. Roush Axle Backs - Exhaust Comparison

I had race bullets on one of my old cars years ago and they were loud as :poo: so I'm not surprised. With mufflers like that you almost have to have some kind of resonator to take the edge off. I'm running small "glasspack" resonators with my MBRP's and it's just enough to make them mostly...

    2005 mustang roush stage 1

Not a whole lot...maybe a thousand or so more than a regular GT with a blown up engine...so probably a $2-3000 at most. The Stage 1 was just a cosmetic package that also came with an axle back and a tune, and this car doesn't even have the Roush wheels on it anymore. You can buy running, driving...
