I'm going over to a friends today to pull some parts off of a siezed 85 351W , and was wondering if the heads should be one of those parts? I'm pulling the cam, starter,and fuel pump.... Anything else I should pull? Also if I get the heads, what's involved in installing them on my 302? Thanks...

I got a line on a 4 speed tranny from a late 80's f150 2 wheel drive w/300 - 6 (fuel injected)(CHEAP), but I was wondering if anyone had any info on these? My car was a manua, so the pedals and cable are already there! What I'm looking for is specs - gearing and so on!!!! Thanks for any help!

How much will it help over the 2 bbl I have now on the 302 (once I get a 4bbl) also what cam should I get to go with it?- check signature for the cars overview....

I found this intake at the scrap yard today, and I need help identifying it.... The numbers on it are RF E3ZE 9425 F... Any help would be great......

most pumps like to push the fuel, so somewhere near the tank is usually the best place to mount it....

As for the dimmer , I hooked mine to the headlight switch ( green or brown wire I think), I did hook my temp to the intake, but more than likley mine is different because of the ltd motor I have in it! I will check in a bit to see where it is if in case it's the same!

To answer you question - unhook the lower tranny line, put it in the ned of a bottle (clear 2 L) start the motor let run for a few seconds and then shut down. Re hooh up line and start and check tranny, do this until very little fluid (almost none!)DO NOT PUT IT IN GEAR!!!, then top up.

I ran mine to the dash guage wire, so I have the option to dim them. I only have a Tach,temp, oil and amp guage. It should still work for you....

I figured it has to be a ground somewhere, the ignition switch wouldn affect the lights or anything else that doesn't require the keys to work...(gas door, interior lights)

I pulled the passenger side LT to switch the starter and also wrap the header, and now the car has no power to the ignition. I can jump the solenoid and turn the car over, but not the key (also the car has no power for the lights or anything else) I did break a ground strap, so I corrected...
