    Heat dashlight tripping

No worries, the heat sensor is on the right hand corner of the display. It's orange in colour and is square that in the inside looks like little waves of water inside of the square. The fan cuts on when the car warms up. There are no leaks or anything of that nature so it shouldn't be a head...

    Heat dashlight tripping

I've got a '99 GT stock. After sitting for 10 months I pulled it out of storage the other day and while driving on the highway, the heat sensor light came on. The temp gauge was on normal and when I checked the coolant levels they were down a bit due to it sitting for so long..probably...

    Mustang for Towing

Put beefier springs (or leaves) in the back and you won't notice the weight in that light of a trailer. Price out what it wold cost and it might be worth it to buy a beater (couple hundred dollars) to just tow your boat.

This was right about this time, got it fixed at Western autobody and they kept it inside the whole time since it was snowing off and...

    4.6 Dohc anyone

Only some of the '99 GT's had Windsor motors as the remainder from '99-'04 had Romeo's. To tell look at the id tag in the car's engine bay (left fender..)if there is a W in it as in 1FW.....then it is a Windsor.

Why change oil again after storage ?

When storing the car it is necessary to start it every month or so at least to make sure all internal parts are kept lubricated. After running it for 10-15 mins or however long you do and then shutting it off and waiting till the next time you fire it up condensation builds up in the engine...

Due to winter here in Canada, I drive my car for about 6 months of the year; often only once a week. I have a K&N drop in and I am wondering when to re-oil. It is only about a year old and not dirty at all. How can you tell when to re-oil it? I have heard that too much oil is not good as it...
