    trickflow stage1 cam annoying?

    I have the same kit and have 3.55:1 gears and at about 1000-1500 you can feel the cam lobing. But I also have the twisted wedge heads. At about 1800 it starts to kick in. And my hp peak was at 5700rpms and tq was at 4400 rpms according to the dyno I brought it to.

    oh and the only way to check the timing is WITHOUT the gun but with the Distributor open and aligning it at top dead center. So checking it with the gun is impossible because it wont idle.
