    Door Stuck Closed

I've got a bit of a problem with my drivers side door in my 90 LX. The locking mechanism seems to have seized up. The door is locked. I tore the door panel off and tried to manually release the lock but that lever is stuck. The lever connected to the rod leading to the interior door handle...

    Radio + (3) 2 1/16" Gauge Bezel Installation - Dial Up warning!

Cool, I was wondering about the line of sight. The green backlight matches the stock gauges pretty well. Who makes them?

    Which intake is better?

You probably won't notice much of a difference. I'm going a similar route as you. I made the mistake of putting the intake in before I had the heads ready and I'm going to have to pull all the crap out again and invest in another set of gaskets. IMHO, wait for the heads to do the intake.

    Projector Headlight Install

Are they the lights with regular 900* bulbs and then the small projector on the inside? Like these: If so I just spliced into the parking lights so they work off the main headlight switch. I can have them on when the parking lights are on and then by default they're on while the...

    what would be best???

I'd go with something like the anthracite deep dish bullets. These are 5L though. The anthracite will match the car color and the polished rim will set them off somewhat.

    Can This Hurt ??

Jesus H Christ, E-cack fighter for the win. Great job adding something productive to the thread. Anyway...Paul I have a C&L and tried my buddies Pro-M out for a week or so and it actually gave me a rougher idle and generally a worse driving experience, but you might have some luck with one...

UGHHHH!!! WTF is wrong with my car???

If you're still messing with those 24 pounders check the connections between the harness and each injector. I bent the pins on one of mine and a cylinder wasn't contributing. Dragging that piston around really made my car feel like a dog. After straightening it up the car was back to normal.

A pop when on the brakes and making a 90 Degree turn?

Whatever you do don't wait until it makes itself evident. I made that mistake and my balljoint went. Luckily I was only going about 15mph. Did some lower control arm damage and put the pony in the stable for a few days. Had I been going any faster I would have been fooked. I lost all...

    Injectors???

Stock injectors are 19lb/hr. Not sure how the jumb to 24 pounders would effect a speed density car. I've heard they don't take well to changes without properly tuning but I could be way off on that. Check out this thread....DMan in the second post doesn't think it's a good idea on that combo...

    Throttle body/mass air size questions

I had a 70mm on with a Cobra intake, with stock heads and a 73mm MAF. Switched back to the 55mm and it seems more peppy. I plan on doing heads soon so the 70mm will go back on then. It might still be too much for my application.

shock/strut + coil instalation, hard or easy?

You might have c/c plates but he probably doesn't. Just to clarify ms93gt's post a little, you'll need to take the nut off the top of the front stuts which is a little difficult without an impact wrench because the strut will just spin when you try to loosen it with hand tools. The breaker bar...

You guys are already building a car in your head but the biggest problem in my mind is getting on the damn show. There are probably tens of thousands of people vieing to get on that show. Just because you're entering a stangnet car in it, assuming it's ever built, doesn't mean you'll get it on...

Some old cogger in my neighborhood has a 5 liter crate in his garage that's been sitting there for some time. He wants to unload it and has no idea what it's worth. Unfortunately neither do I. Anyone know which casting codes indicate a decent block? I don't have the casting code at the...
