You dont have to go with HOK. both PPG and DuPont have similar setups. pearls that are pre-mixed, that is. what HOK has that is different are base/clear candies. they have taken a 3 stage system and made it a 2 stage.

I always thought shorties gave higher hp with a loss in torque, longtubes had more torque lower with a loss in upper hp and tri-ys had a strong mid range.
