    May have found a GT350

It is a Shelby. A verified 66 GT 350 - white with blue stripes. Sitting behind a small dumpy car dealer in between some other wrecks. I checked the car out- the front fenders are missing- inside is destroyed ( a cat was in there when I looked ). It had the shelby ID plate inside the engine comp...

    May have found a GT350

Its not for sale. it is literally sitting in the brush behind a small private car dealer. I went there today but he was closed. I could only peek through the fence at the car. From what I can see- it has all the body cladding of a GT350 even the correct wheels. It has been sitting for quite some...

    May have found a GT350

I am so excited. I just had to tell you guys. I MAY have found a Shelby GT350 rotting away in the weeds. I just happened to be driving around the back of this car dealer and there it sits way back in the brush. From what I could see from a little distance- it has the apparent makings of a...

WANT:1967-1970 Shelby GT 500 restoration vehicle

I think this thread needs more education than bashing. This writer obviously does not know about classic Mustangs and a forum is a great place to learn from experienced Mustang owners. :)

    need opinion

Sounds like she isnt to much into #'s matching or anything like that. I would consider ATK rebuilt engines. www.atkengines.com . My friend got a long block 289 from them - it was around $1600 - he loves it. You cant beat a 3 year , unlimited mileage warranty also.

    Options for R&P Steering

I have a restomod thing going on with my 65. I have upgraded to front disks among other things. It takes some muscle to turn my 17x8's . I am going to go ahead with the R&P conversion in the next couple of months. I dont mind the hours of knuckle and brain busting work- I actually enjoy it...

    Options for R&P Steering

What I am saying is that I would rather fabricate it myself than pay through the roof for a kit. As for the gear to do the work - not even an issue - I have it and have very skilled help. I just wanted to know if there was an alternative out there before I start fabricating.

From one american muscle car to another

I understand your viewpoint- but do you actually think it is practical to drive a Corvette everyday? Keep the 67 - trust me. Even if you just park it for a little while. You will regret selling it ...guaranteed. If you need something to drive everyday - sell the Explorer and get a nice low...

    Options for R&P Steering

I know this topic has been beat to death - but I need some opinions. My 65 manual steering has to go. I cant take it anymore. Are there any low buck alternatives to a R&P kit. I know Taurus racks have been used for 67+ but are there any swaps that will work for a 65? i am trying to avoid...

    Still no turn signals.....HELP!!!!!!!!

I still have no turn signals and I refuse to send it to a shop for them to figure out. Heres what I got- hazzards work, relays have been replaced, fuse is good, and i have power to all accessories when i turn the ignition power on ( so I assume the switch is good). Just no turn signals, on the...
