Hey Man, first a little advice. You need to TONE it down man. I know you're upset and probably a little heated. But you need to slow down, take the caps locks off, finish your sentences, try and spell words correctly and take out the slang.

It does have waranty left, its covered till 60k miles. Its just strange, really shouldnt burn that much.
I suppose youre right though, I will just watch it, shouldnt be much of a hassel, it gets changed every 3k anyway.

Just wondering what you all run as far as oil weight. I have always used 5w-30 Mobile 1. But I just bought an 01 Cobra and over my first 3k miles with it it burned almost a quart of that. I am positive there are no leaks any where and I drive it modestly, its my daily driver to and from work...
ya the tool is a star bit with a hole in the middle, i picked it up for like $2.50 at auto zone. Then I got my Snake from steeda.com

I dont know guys, Mustang Magic on Long Island has an 03 cobra pushing over 500 RWHP and still has its independent rear. As far as I know he hasnt broken it yet. :shrug:
Ok those numbers are acceptable to me. I think the 3.90s would be the way to go for me.
As a side question, did my cobra come stock with sub-frames? I wasnt aware that they did but mine has them.
I dont know, I dont think I want to go higher then 3.90s thats alot of stress on the motor every day in addition to the gas, I am constantly driving in the 70-80 MPH range. Thats alot of revs every day to work. its almost 30 miles round trip daily. :shrug:

Sadly my 98 GT listed in my sig was killed by a moron who t-boned me in an intersection. Nice huh, but no one was seriously hurt but I lost the stang. But thats why we have insurance and thats why I went and got a cobra.
