    yes that would be the tool in question. I had door keys but saw no reason to use old locks and wasnt planning on having any holes on the exterior of the door anyways.

    3m rotary (drill operated) abrasive wheel, $8.47 last i checked almost everyone carries them, if you have a pneumatic air die grinder you can chuck it up to it and get rid of it all VERY fast \ heres what it looks like semi used but you get the idea

    to each there own, everyone has diffrent opinions about mufflers asking which you should use is such a loaded question. your better off doing some research and listening to sound clips to decide for yourself what you think will fit your price range and the sound you want to acheive.

    The post opentracker did long ago used a hole saw centered in a washer tacked onto the part just wanted to share I went and made bushings out of bronze and found they did the job the same IMO. also after thinking more about it the use of ball bearing really defeats its puprose in this form...

    I purchased a 94 F250 351W roller block and its trans EFI and all for 187 from local salvage yard , dont know milage but the block had just been rebuilt wasnt any sludge anywhere, not saying this guy is givin ya a bad deal just saying you might want to shop around some more

    No picture to go off here but I wouldnt weld up these holes you speak of because where all that rust was use to be good metal that turned to rust and now that youve wire wheeled that old rusted metal away your left with thinner metal that when welded will more than likely make bigger holes...
