its not a ticking noise,,its like a grinding

a friend of mine has a 95 v6 mustang...when she excellerates theres a grinding noise, hard to say if its from the rear end or the front..usually it does it btw 40-70kmh...if anyone knows about this,,, write back or send an email to [email protected] thx brad
