    When my IAC went it would fire but then just die and i could keep it going by opening the throttle a bit. A couple times i had to throw it in nuetral and rev it to keep it going a stop lights. Cleaning it did absolutely nothing for me

    5 speed vs's automatic

    I feel the same way. It almost seems that i would need to be a very good driver to match my times with a 5 speed I have not seen many 5 speeds match my times with similar mods. But i dont go to a lot of tracks and dont go very often so maybe i just havent seen enough or met a decent driver yet...

    isnt 5w30 a heavy weight oil? if it is heavier why would you want to use heavy in the winter? Wouldnt it make more sense to run heaveir oil in the summer when its hot and the oil temps are higher?

    Mach460 Questions

    Alpine head units have an option to turn the head units amp off if you want to run an aftermarket amp. Would that work with the stock amps if you could do that with the kenwood head unit?

    I think if you have or are planning on full exhaust it would be a good idea to open up your intake with an intake tube, throttle body and plenum. It may not be the best mod to spend your money on but i bet you'll pick up some decent power. Im hoping for low 13s when I get a cai, accufab tb/plenum.
