    I dont know where youre from, but if you happen to be from southern california, theres a place called super autobacs, which is mainly for imports, but has just about every fluid known to the automotive industry. If you live elsewhere... i dunno, just do a search and start pricing.

    306 Long Rod? Whats the deal?

    I dont know exactly HOW it works, but variable valve timing would give the best of both worlds. However I don't know if it would be in any way possible on a non modular engine because of the placement of the cam and whatnot... hmm, anybody know if that would be possible?

    need to know the torque and sequence of header bolts

    Yea, loctite is a good idea, 2 of my header bolts pulled themselves out and I retorqued by hand... you do not want the noise a loose header gives... makes you want to make a sharp turn into a center divider.
