You're right about the X-Plan price being non-negotiable. You may want to try and haggle the price without using the X-Plan. The sales guys I worked with for mine told me that 9 times out of 10 they can beat the X-Plan price without much trouble.

If you can get on the A-Plan you can get down to around 29K from 34K. That's exactly where mine ended up. Only catch for the A-Plan is being a family member of a Ford employee.

It comes stock with 19" wheels so that's why yours has it. 18" wheels don't get the brace.

Try spraying them down with brake parts cleaner on both sides of the hub. Cobra 232 is right, they're just rusted in place. I had the same problem getting my front rotors off. Brake part cleaner, then a 2lb sledge. Just make sure you hit the rotor in different spots, (think star pattern for lug...

Yep, check your local laws. Here in Virginia the rear windows can be (I believe) 60%, while the driver and passenger windows can go to 20%. And as 85GTLover said, the windshield is a no-no.

To get the 4 bolts off the diff end, I recommend using a torch. Those bolts were put in with the Red Loctite. The red stuff isn't supposed to release until you heat it up to approx 450 degrees. I used a torch on the bolts first, and they cracked loose with no problems. Just don't leave the torch...
