The Passenger side power window motor is in! Now both windows work flawless. Up/Down motions are QUIET and SMOOTH! 94GT, jrichker was right....I opened the motor and saw the plastic rollers were mush. Odd that it happened to BOTH my windows at the same time. I ordered the power motor...

Question....what grease should I spray onto the rotating gear of the new motor?

ok....just installed the driver side window motor....it works!!! but still no passenger side. that motor will be in tomorrow. I'll update you guys then. thanks JRichker!!

Thanks guys...sry for the late response but I literally got the parts over the weekend. I ordered 3 switches and 2 motors...covering all bases. I just switch out the switches and the windows still dont work. Onto the motors

Are you saying the Motor is bad or the bushings?

Funny I was having this conversation yesterday... Have a 89 GT Have it for 9 months... Bought Car for $4000 Refreshing old parts - $1G Suspension Upgrade- $2500 CCWs that are on there way over = $2500 Skins for the CCWs = $800 And thats it for the next 9 months!!

gunk intake cleaner and patience. The intake cleaner has lubricant that help keep the carbon off the butterfly. As for polishing, that will be a pain. i used a dremel polishing kit on my friends 5.0...thought it took forever, the results were good.

def destroyed the value of that car....at least the cosmetic stuff can go...

is $500 for a Fuel Pump installed too much? thats what they came back with.... Edit........they're installing a OE pump. I checked at the dealer and it cost $400. i guess it's not a bad price after all. thanks all for your support!! they car should be ready by 5 :)

UPDATE I headed out with a jack and flashlight in had last night. I got under the car to see what burned and couldn't see anything. I then hopped in the driver seat and turned the key past the accessory position.....I didn't hear the fuel pump prime. So there's the culprit! thanks 200xp8...

I think you're onto something here.....my FP is loud as hell. I bought it that way. I changed the fuel filter thinking it was quiet down but didn't. And this morning when I let her warm up for 10 min, I didn't hear the pump whining anymore. I only drove for 15 min before the engine turned...
