I'm going with Iac as well. When I did my motor swap I replaced my 196k unit. After 2 weeks I was getting a kinda like howling, baaaahhh noise coming from the intake. Changed back to old iac and went away.

got the code po117 coolant temp low input, this is on a 96 gt with an 04 swap. on the intake crossover, which sensor is which? i cant seem to find any info and which is correct, is it the coolant sensor on the left and the coolant switch on the right or is that backwards. i tried starting my car...

I have 315s on my 17x9, little bulge but not bad. You shouldnt really need to roll fenders, may have to flip quad shocks as they may rub.
