    Dont know about the clutch being worn and making the shifts notchty.... but I just had a SPEC II put in mine and the factory quadrant wouldn't adjust correctly to the new clutch. Made my car extremely hard to shift(notchy). Put in a steeda firewall adjuster and clutch quadrant the car shifts...

    Anybody know what the part numbers are for plugs one step colder for a 98 GT (Not PI heads). I know what alot of PI guys are running but I have heard that the non pi heads take a shorter plug (or maybe longer)? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks -Jon

    Go 150. Get window switch, wot switch, and fuel pressure safety switch. Change plugs, back timing off and then listen to everybody tell you how your gonna blow engine up and all that crap then ask them if they wanna race. -Jon

    Yo I did the same thing. Ordered a 255 for a 97. Not on purpose... someone told me it would work... Hehehehe It did after I made it. Took my gas tank out and quickly figured out that you couldn't just slap it in. The bucket the fuel pump sits in is like a 99 but it is still a return style fuel...

    I thought most 96-98s came with 2.73 gears and 3.08 or 3.27 was an option?

    Had the same problem before. Changed spark plugs and wires and that fixed it. May not be that easy though
