I would also deffinately go and make sure the plug wires are all on correctly. Most people over look the simple things. Ya get 2 wires crossed and you'll be struggling badly at higher RPM's

OK...if you have 3.55's it will have 20 teeth and you will have 21 teeth on it if you have 3.73's. I'm not sure of the colors. Someone else might be able to track them down.

I would say most likely its 3.55's....but with how off the stock tack and speedo can be it may be 3.73's...I would go with LUVMY88 and check the color of the speedo cable gear and count the teeth. I'm dont know which color/# of teeth goes with which rear gears off the top of my head, but its...

You obviously know absolutely nothing about science...cooler air is more dense!!! Why do you think we always want our engines sucking in cooler air?? From personal experience I say stay away from MAC exhaust...especially the LT's. Mine will be coming off once I have the spair change.

One other thing to think about....you may have a vacuum leak causing your idle drop and your engine to try stalling

Get a car with dealer installed air and your problem is solved

Cheaper to have your engine rebuilt than to buy a rebuilt one in most cases. I've been quoted $1500 to have mine rebuilt. A decent rebuilt is gonna cost ya $1300 and then about the same amount more for labor.

With those underdrives and the e-fan the first thing I would do is uprade your alternator. You don't want any charging problems. Next step should be a set of 3.55's and possibly an aftermarket shifter. Dont the T-5 guys get to ya...my AOD (a nicely built one) will shift 10x faster than they...

What RPM range are you lookin at with 3.55's or 3.73's on AOD car...same as a T-5???

You dont need A/C...mine has never worked in the 7 yrs I've had my car. NOTHING turns on if I flip over to the A/C!!! Be a man and roll the window down. LOL

Went from 2.73's to 3.27's and loved it. May go higher now that I'm starting all over again (she was in hibernation for 2 years!) and shes not my dily driver. But I'm not sure about it with the AOD...dont want to burn thru second and third too quick. Also concerned about my cruising...

Stays right around 1/4-1/3 of the way. No it doesnt....unless I'm on a long road trip and stop at a light after being on the highway for a few hours straight.
