I'd say if it's a DD, you'll be happiest with the 12'. Like others have mentioned, the interior/ride/fit and finish are way ahead of the terminator, which has the same interior as my old 94' GT had. You also get much better safety features etc. For all out performance, it remains to be seen...

to much F&F eh? lol I have seen numerous S2000s at the track running high 14s/15 flats even.....even with a good driver i dont think they are any better than low 14s maybe.....which is not far off from a mild bolt on 5.0, and is slower than many other mustang models.

I just got a set of the 255/60R16 BFgoodrich Comp T/A DRs on my old 16" stockers and they improved the car a whole lot. My car has CAI, and 3:55s, and it went from a 14.5 to a 14.2 with only 3 runs. I should be able to go high 13s when I get some practice, so yea, they work fine....not overkill...
