Does the speedometer cable on these cars make ticking noises when they go bad? On my old car (not the mustang) the speedometer made ticking noises before going out...and bugs to the window was a good way to explain the sound..

I feel your pain, some dumb**** from a party a few weeks ago threw some **** at my car and caused a big hole in my rear bumper... $500 deductable down the drain...insurance covered it, but since they had no suspects, I had to pay the deductable.

He spent 'over $10,000' on those mods...he got ripped pretty bad! :D

did you buy it certified used? That should make a difference.. And on the other hand, the dealer shouldn't sell you an extended warranty without inspecting the car and making sure that no component would void that warranty...good luck!
