I like my X pipe. It has cats and passes the eye test and the sound test with Dynomax Ultraflows swapped on at inspection time... I had an off road H pipe on at one time too, but I (and the rest of my family) thought it was annoyingly loud.

One of the great things about these cars is the choices you can make in this area. I've had so many different exhaust configurations, I doubt I can remember them all. Right now it's FR coated shorties, Bassani catted X, and Flow Paths (love the sound...) When I need to pass vehicle inspection...

I've got most of a beige/tan interior out of an 87(?) Coupe in my attic. found it in a 4cly jy car and grabbed it up. only thing missing was the back seat

I just swapped Flowpath's for these. The drone from the Flows was brutal... although I do miss the the heads turning from the obnoxious loudness.... lolol:rlaugh:

I love the GT40P's on my car! don't neglect the other stuff though. I'm sure the cam and intake that were changed at the same time had something to do with it too... I had already done gears and exhaust, MAF, TB...

These are not Ford Racing headers. I have a set of shorties that were on my car for 2 years. They were purchased new from Summit when my nephew did the H/C/I work for me. They worked fine and fit with no issues at all. The only reason I took them off was I found a set of used Ceramic FR headers...

I was in my garage welding a patch on my 66. the window was out of the door and I had an old blanket hanging there to stop "debris" from getting inside. I DD my Fox, but have a 66 vert for sunny days... Only drawback to driving the classic is everyone wants to stop and tell you about the one they (or brother/father/sister/uncle....) had. Or on the really bad days some skanky old broad will tell you about "getting some" in the back seat... :barf...
