i used to think that turbos were for ricers...even last week...but i recently added a thread asking for help deciding how to spend my 5,000...someone responded and said TURBO!...i said hell no but then i started researching and decided that im gonna get one...does anyone have anything to say...

i came across wrong...sorry...i dont have a problem with turbos...and ur right...if anything they should be on a real car like a mustang...however i just dont like them...i know a guy with one...its just kinda weird hearing a purge of air coming from a mustang...but it is pretty fast...hes...

i might go to the strip a few times...but not alot...i just want a fun street car that can holds its own...right now im leaning towards h/c/i...some suspension work...ignition, injectors, fuel pump...and a good tune........had another question...i bought a cobra rear bumper for a friend...i like...

those are all fairly good suggestions...thanks alot...cept for the turbo (rice) and savings account idea...yeah sure id be smart...but not much fun...new engine sounds like a prety good idea...but why the dss 347? ...oh and the car has 54,000 original on it!!

heres the deal...stock engine...complete bassani xhaust...5000 to play with...what would you do (88 gt vert)

got lucky last week...and "ran into" $5000...ive got an 88 vert - totally stock except for a full exhaust from bassani...and a bbk cold air....all of the money is going towards the car...what would you do??? thanks...oh yeah and its auto...think i might wanna change that...but lets here some...

ok picture yourself standing in front of the car looking at the engine...now lok to the back left and follow a thick group of wires (wrapped) that runs from just under the left wiper (still looking from front) and runs along the upper left side of the engine compartment...it splits a little...

I have a gt...but i want to put a cobra rear bumper on the car to give it a "thinner" look...i have a bassani catback on the car now that i dont want to get rid of...can i just search around for LX pipes...or do i need an entirely new system???

my exhaust is adequate...i have equal length shorty headers, bassani offroad x pipe and bassani catback...i was planning on buying heads also...ontop of all the electrical stuff...i have plenty of money right now...ive been saving for a while....i was looking for an opinion about what heads...
