I took my bbk's back to summit, the smog on 98's are routed a little different. I went with hookers cause they realized this and made them work on 96-97, and also 98's without any fabricating, I also love the feel of the 4.30's

Hey wheel and tire experts, whats the smallest pro-star you have seen go on a cobra and clear the calipers. I am looking into regular weld pro-stars, and XP's. I was hoping to go with 15 inch versions. Also whats the widest you are able to go, any help would be appreciated, thanks...

When you install longtubes, you move the 02 sensor downsteam, this makes it difficult to reach the temerature it should be reading, thankfully I don't have that problem cause I have heated 02's.

Get a 255, any unused fuel will go back to the tank, good to have a strong pump anyways cause you might get wild with mods down the road. all these pumps are made by walbro......BBK, holley, granitelli.

I had a c&l meter on my car for 5 minutes until I realized it was garbage, check engine light, missing, backfiring.........took it off, ran fine. I would go with a pro-m.

My plans for my nitrous kit are 255 intank pump, fuel and nitrous gauges to try and prevent a blown engine, purge valve, remote opener, bottle heater, custom burned flip chip. a 100hp hit with this set up would be safe, JMO. :flag:

96-98 with gears exhaust, basic bolt-ons with traction, high 12's 94-95 with gears exhaust, basic bolt-ons with traction, high 13's I guess it's all what you want, I love 5 liters and always will but I can't get over the sound off a 4v wailing away at 7000 rpm's. :spot:

If both cars were driven to their potential (rarely happens), the cobra owns the GT, mostly because of your gearing, w/o gears would be a tight race with you a car or two ahead, JMO. :flag:

Oh yea? You need a custom tune for a MAF? :rolleyes: It's bullchit that c&l knows how to fix the problem, yet still has not, LMAO. 98's ARE different in ways, egr lines route differently, and they do not take increased airflow as easy as 96-97 models. :flag:

98's do not take c&l's for *****! I put one on my car, and tried many things to get it running right, no luck, go with a pro-m!! Oh, as far as the sample tube goes, it sounds like you have the right one, my 24# tube has a blue dot on it, I even tried swapping tubes with one I had laying around
