    Brake pads

Is there anything special I need to do or watch for in replacing the front brake pads on my '96 Cobra? The rotors are fine, current pads have about 3mm left, and I have a new set of stock pads waiting to go in. (Haven't yet bought the Helm manual.) Any tricks I should know or is it the same...

    rca input on mach 460

Ipod into Mach 460 Soundgate (http://www.soundgate.com/) has a nice unit that will do what you want, assuming your CD deck still works enough to switch the audio source from radio to CD deck. They tell me what you need are the SDSV2 and DOCKFORDV2 units. I chose not to buy them for my car...

    Mach460 preouts

Preouts Is "driver-level" a standard, like "line-level" is? Just curous. The Mach 460 system is a PITA. But I like the stock look, and wanted a built-in HD-based MP3 player, which is why I dissected my system. I'm still researching wired remotes for MP3 players to find one I can...

Mach 460 CD Deck to Radio Head-end Unit Interface Like many SN95 Mustang owners with the Mach 460 sound system, the CD player in my ’96 Mustang Cobra is starting to lose its mind frequently. I have read forum posts all over the internet about CD players dying, and all the recommendations are...

    T56 Installed....

Lockout connector If you ever need to install the switch for the lockout solenoid, (You must not get cut off for not letting her drive) you can order the connector from your local Chevy dealer. The AC Delco number is: PT249 and the GM number is: 12101857. Ground the black side and run the...

    T56 Installed....

Reverse lockout I've got a T56 in my '96 and love it as well. But I am curious what you did about the reverse lockout. I hid a switch by the ash tray. It's still a two handed operation, but much easier than forcing the solenoid. Mark
