I think the rust on that car has scared off a potential buyer on my 93. He asked about 50 times about rust in my car (it has none). Then I never heard from him again.

This kind of pisses me off. I called about a year or so ago and spoke with some guy at Saleen who told me I was S.O.L. on getting a replacement console plaque for my 93 (mine looks like someone tried to clean it with paint thinner). How much do the replacements cost, and whats the scoop on...

Like I said, it is a 93, number 59. Red with black Recaros. Pretty much all original, never molested or abused. Dont really care if I sell it or not, but if I do I will use the money to finish my 85 GT 10.5 Outlaw drag car.

Why? The manual calls for 5W20. Seriously, this is the first mod motored car I have owned. Also own a 94 Cobra, 93 Saleen, and 85 GT. This thing is a whole new world for me.

My 93 Saleen came with BFGoodrich's. 235-45 on the front, and 255-40 on the rear. If I was to replace them, I would probably go to 225-45 in the front as there is some rubbing, although very minimal, only when cranked fully to one side and hitting a bump. Hope this helps, Mike
