    crush sleeve question

Yes there is a difference between one that is crushed and one that is not. The crush washed should look like the old one you took out. The gears might have a slightly different depth requirement than your old ones.

Pulled SES code today...whats it mean?? LONG POST

I'm gonna say try swapping the O2 sensors. Both rear or all 4 if you have the cash. I'll bet the water shorted the O2's out and is causing the problem.

    pep boys brakes review

Having worked a Pep Boys, the local Ford dealer, and a Meineke in my town I can say Meineke is the best. Pep Boys parts suck. The dealer doesn't look out for the customer. When I was at the dealer if brakes were squeaking then it was called "normal brake noise". Any noise from the brakes is...

Are there any professional catback exhausts that fit the Saleen rear fascia?

Cat-Backs have the mufflers and the tail pipes. The "mid pipe" is the H or X pipe, or a Pro Chamber.

how to get starter out of 96gt (4r70w)

Lots of patience is required for the top bolt. There are 3 bolts. Use lots of extensions and swivels to get the room you need.

    root blower with a turbo??

I did a little research on this back in High School. Yes it is possible. You could have the roots blower boost until the turbo spooled and then have a electromagnetic clutch (think A/C clutch) disengage the blower once the turbo's boost was above a certain point. In my opinion it wouldn't be...

At Home Tuning - What to watch for?

Wide band O2 sensors allow the user to see more than the "narrow band" factory sensors. The factory sensors can only see a limited range such as 12-15 to 1 in the A/F ratio. The wide band units allow for a wider range of sight. Such as 10-20 to 1 in the A/F ratio.

    5.0 H.O. vs non H.O.

What is the difference? Is it just the firing order? Or are the crank and cam different too?

    Did I gain any RWHP?

No "faster" is not "quicker". Fast is like saying "My car can do 250 MPH. But it takes 30 minutes to get to that speed". Quick is like saying "My car can do 250 MPH and it only takes 8 seconds to get there". In order to be "Quick" you have to be "Fast". You don't have to be "Quick" to be "Fast"
