looks great....but you can get a plenum/tb for the same price, i believe the volant intake has cf on it too but its not on the whole thing, just the airbox

you will see gains with shorties dont let anyone tell you that you wont, but lt's just flow better, the reason people say its a waste of time is b/c the install is just as much of a pita for the shorties, the gains are smaller, and good ones cost almost as much as the lt's

accufab all the way, most peak power, best curve, best all around. but, as usual you pay for it: around $400 for a plenum/tb combo

yea there is a tsb out for it, and i was told that greasing it was a temporary quick fix because they'll fail totally eventually i.e. bad

yea when i got my outer tie rod ends replaced not too long ago the guy told me that the ball joints prob needed replacing too, but the tie rod ends were so loud that you couldnt tell if they were squeaking, so now ive got a different squeaking but you cant really hear it over the car. anyway...

which blower comes with the vortech kit? the s-trim is a smaller blower than the pc, paxton generally makes the most power but u pay for it, im curious if paxton has a kit released for the '05 yet Edit: paxton has released a kit but it uses the 1200 instead of the 2000, why they are using one...

correct me if im wrong but arent the pro3i uca/lca the same design as the steeda ones? and a lot cheaper, regardless ive only read good things about them

tie rod ends are probably worn out, you can grease them but that'll only shut them up for a little while, you'll have to get them replaced.

what all do you have done to your car? might be something you put on there

just fyi the pc sounds great with just the stock mufflers still attached i get asked what kind of mufflers i got on there all the time

might as well go for the stage II's, and the p51 is gonna breathe better but not well enough to justify costing over 3x as much as a regular plenum. if you already got your engine beefed up and got the cash why not go for a blower?
