I think it is better to buy a rebuilt/heavy duty replacement- I rebuilt mine once to save some cash- it wasn't worth it....the time spent vs just buying a decent replacement I mean...unless you just really really want to learn how. gl

get a steel gear

go to bootdisk.com and get a win 98 bootdisk , put it on a floppy then throw it in there before you boot up. Basically, your PC wont be able to even see the D drive (cd-rom) until you load the drivers for it. That boot disk should get you going. post up if you need more help.

I really mean no offense to the original poster but reading his posts he sounds VERY inexperienced and VERY incompetent concerning Ford A/C and is going to spend a LOT more time and money than he would if he took it to someone. They don't necessarily have to fix it, just tell him what's wrong...
