I agree, drove mine a week without and was very noticable. maybe stiffer springs make it worse too and I haven't installed SFC's yet.

1st make sure battery is fully charged then check all ground wires. main battery ground at timing cover stud, small ground wires to radiator support,and computer ground wire. even if they are tight clean them to be sure they have good contact. thats a good place to start, hope it helps

check with a local Ford dealer, there's a recall #01S30 that may apply to your car. Its a fan circuit breaker install but if your fan craps out first you may get a new fan FREE!!

while your that far into it you should change the bearings too, they ride directly on the axle so if the bearing fails it'll ruin the axle!! check the axle for scoring, I've seen axles almost cut in half!(customer said they heard a noise in the wheel!) :D

not exactly, do you still have cats on the car? if so you need the smog pump to deliver air to the cats so they will "light off" and not get clogged up!

with a stock cam and heads 1.6/I 1.7/E,(the exhaust needs help) custom cam and/or heads run what the manufacturer recomends!

I think your talking about the one touch window module(lets the window go all the way down without holding the switch). get one from a salvage yard and wire it into the pass window also for a extra option that didn't come from the factory! :D
