Ive got 3" on mine but 3.5" looks good as well, if you go with that size, stay away from the "rolled" look imo

the seals for the pump and the fuel level sending unit become worn out and fuel pools on top of the tank and can even get into the trunk, if it starts doing it consistently you may have to drop the tank and replace the seals

If youre going to pick one of those two, make it the E cam, its probably the singularly most wide-used cam in existence because people use what works for mild combos

94-98 is for our car, aeromotive here, no complaints, stay away from CAM, its a cj pony parts house brand, pure ****e my friend

The shop I'm going to have do my tune basically wrote down what supporting mods would go best with my heads, cam and intake and they have 20 years of Mustang experience and they build stuff for people all around the country so I feel pretty confident that they can get the most outta my setup...

I am very much a hands on kinda guy but being in college hours away from a shop and proper tools at home i went for my closest resource. I have personally teaked my fuel pressure and timing and the driveability has improved as well as performance but I still think there is more to be had.

my mods are in my sig, the Mustang shop that put the h/c/i on for me told me that it isnt worth the money for a tune ($150/hr) but after running it I cant help but feel that there is a little more to be had. I dont have any dyno numbers yet but at wfc 10 the best trap speed i ever saw was 103.79...

If not for the 22 hr drive i'd like to make it a yearly thing but i wont rule out wfc 11 yet...

didnt ever get to talk to you guys, I went a best of 12.92 @ 103.79 with a 1.75 60ft. on friday and i snapped an axle on saturday and missed wild street :( but i got some mosers swapped in and now Im good to go, you guys have any memorable experiences?

had a very similar problem, try the u-joints and wheel balance, if that doesnt fix it as in my case, an aluminum d/s may be necessary

the cobra is not a bad intake but once you exceed stock displacement its better to step up to at least a typhoon or maybe a tfs track heat intake, however, I couldnt be happier with my combo

Ive heard aluminum flywheels are bad for drag racing because you lose some rotating monentum or something like that and they are intended for road racing, the new generation king cobra clutches have easier pedal effort

new lifters with a new cam, adjustable fuel pressure regulator maybe, have Tmoss do the porting of the lower, you might also want to step up to a 190lph or 255 lph fuel pump

E makes more low and midrange power, B is more top end and F is even more topend

mid maybe low 14's, he should step it up to 4.10s though...
