    anyone have an idea of what could have taken place in that motor for the dipstick to smoke? Im assuming something got too hot. I did install 4qts of 10w30 and 1qt lucas...any ideas.

    I was wondering.. say someone deletes their smog pump.. Can the EGR still work? If you keep it hooked from manifold to Vac tree on pass. side.. and the back to the EGR...but cap the other vac line off.. Or is it all or none removed type of decsion?
