That really sucks, but they put the same POS Tremec 3650 as my 03 Mach1. Just wait till everyone else gets some mileage on their's. They are clunky and Ford will tell you it's normal...same song and dance as always...sad... Quality is not Job1 from wha I see. Good luck. :bang:

You can try synthetic fluid. I tried Mobil 1 and only put in 3 liters. (less fluid from TSB) I have read that Texco (Havoline) Dexron III is the best fluid to use. It seems a little better but is still there (clunk/grind). I will take it in for thr TSB after the winter. As for a...

Whats in your car now? This may be a BIG undertaking. karkraft.com has motors cheaper than FRPP. If you are going from V6 to V8 it may not be worth it. It will cost your more than your car will ever be worth. Get more opinions though! Good luck :D

Does anyone know if the exhaust system from a 02 GT will fit a 03 Mach1 or vice versa?

Tremec 3650 Fluid Fix I know there are differant problems with this trans. Most common seem to be 1-2 shift clunk. The other is grinding into gear. Well here is my fix for a 1-2 clunk. When cold this was VERY noticible. Had to shift very slowly and ease it in gear. Would take 10-15 minutes...

Supposed to make the motor breathe better... therefore a few extra ponies! Don't forget to reset the computer with that change. Pull the battery + off for a minute then put it back on.

Assuming you have a hydraulic clutch sounds like you have a bit of air in the line. Blead the thing and all should be fine... may want to try some higher temperature rated fluid as well. Cheers :D

Try a block heater? I use them all the time (cold weather) makes a big difference. Maybe tune up time as well? :D
