Well I think I figured out what the noise was. Right where the drive shafts leaves the rear axle.....it was hitting the muffler. I only found this when I had the right rear tire on the ground and the left rear still on the jack stand...thus putting the frame in torsion. The exhaust system is...

It is nothing like that, but I will try moving the ground. It doesn't increase with RPM and it only happens when using the radio...not with CD's. Where is the best place to land the ground wire? thanks

I get 15-18 MPG depending on how I drive. 15 MPG is driving pretty fast and heavy acceleration. 18 mpg is driving like my dad. Caravans beat me off the line... :( But it softens the gas bill.
