    How does the car run at WOT? A missfire, like spark blowout, will pump unburnt oxygen into the exhaust and show super lean as well. :canada:

    WICKED!! :canada: No you wont need those clips, they are only there to hold the rotor on at the factory before the calipers are installed.

    The Mickey Thompson drag radials will last about a week on the street. They are down to the wear bars after 2 weekends at the track, ULTRA soft. And besides that our car didn't like them at all, shatty 1.8 60' with wheel hop,switched back to ET Streets and went low 1.7 and no wheel hop.

    Brakes upgrade

    After a couple of brake applications SS lines help ALOT with stopping power. Once hot, the rubber lines balloon somewhat, which reduces stopping power. :canada:

    DO NOT CHANGE BRAKE FLUID!!!, you would just be wasting your money. Ford brake fluid has one of the highest boiling points available. Alot of race teams use it. Add some stainless hoses and some pads and it will help stopping ALOT.

    Get a set of ET streets for the track and keep them Nitto's for the street. With that MPH there are some DEEP 11's in that car. My 04 Cobra mule went 11.78@119 last year on Nitto's with a dyno of 487rwhp, but the tires were VERY inconsistant. Go ET Streets, you wont ever go back. :canada:

    OK here is a mistake more common than you would believe. Remove a wheel and check for the little metal clips that hold the rotor to the hub for assembly. 99% of aftermarket wheels do not have the recess for these clips and will end up throwing the wheel off balance when you torque the wheels.     I would hesitate to believe the gains from HC removal on a untuned car, I have seen that same gain, if not more from doing multiple runs. These cars always seem to start low with the peak pull being the 3rd run. :canada:
