How can I view the graph from my .drf file on my home computer from SCT dynorun?

My tuner asked me to go through all my dyno runs and find a couple of the high horsepower runs. I cannot find a viewer. Is there any available?

    Oil change for modify GT

Start with Mobil 1, 5w20 and a Mobil 1 oil filter. Watch it for 500 miles, then 1000 miles, and then 1500 miles. If the oil starts getting dark, then change it and start over. If the oil stays reasonably clean, then at least the last owner did a good job. From there, watch your oil...

Are you looking to have them do everything or simply rebuild your engine?

    Need Help Rebuilding Mustang

Instead of a Coyote swap, an easier way would be to simply port the heads with someone like Livermore. You can get to about 330rwhp with that combo on PI heads. Put a supercharger on it and now you are talking 650-700rwhp or more.

    Scca Autocross And Weight Reduction

Changing to coil-overs doesn't mean messing with the camber every race. You will be shocked to see how much of a difference they make in cornering . If you change the K-member also, you can cut a lot of weight off the front end, minimize the dive, and stop the front end from pushing. I...

I'm a little concerned about future Mustangs

I asked Ford to replace it and they wouldn't. Penny-wise and pound foolish. It's a lesson in how not to handle customer relations. This could have moved forward for as little as the cost of an ECM but Ford decided it was better to lose a long-term customer who's brother retired from Ford...

I'm a little concerned about future Mustangs

This is now a dead post. My in-laws traded the car in for a Mercedes E350. Since Ford did nothing, which was patently ridiculous since I gave them a cheap solution to try, they will no longer buy another Ford. Another former American car customer driven away. Very sad considering they...

I'm a little concerned about future Mustangs

I don't know. It's not an ecoboost engine issue. But I don't think it's isolated to this car either. I'm guessing that this will be the next thing the NHSTA goes after. I'm hoping my In-Laws aren't hurt or killed waiting for this action. It's also different in that in this case, the car...

I'm a little concerned about future Mustangs

I appreciate the input. That's a great idea. Thank you. There is a good chance that I and Ford have the same idea of what's wrong. Just waiting to see what they do about it. However, neither of us know for sure.

I'm a little concerned about future Mustangs

Yea, so they take a financial hit for a product with a problem. But this also lets Ford off the hook to resolve something they built and sold. So thank you for your advice but I'll follow through on my original plan.

    About to buy an SN95 - 5.0 or 4.6?

I agree with Kilgore. I would get a 96, swap and port the heads, throw a cam and a Vortech centrifigual, a MAF, and some headers/exhaust on it, and be happy. This will get you to 500 crank horsepower and give your engine the best chance to live. If you want to get to 500rwhp, then plan on a...

I'm a little concerned about future Mustangs

It has definitely affected my decisions on buying Fords, both personally and professionally, as well as the rest of our family. It's also generated a significant amount of negative publicity which is apparently the only way to get their attention after my in-laws were out of options. I have...

I'm a little concerned about future Mustangs

Let's start this over because you are forgetting the original diagnoses. If it takes several months between events and Ford only authorizes a few days of rental car and drives it for 170 miles and doesn't find the problem, do you think that Ford should authorize 6 months of rental car and let...

I'm a little concerned about future Mustangs

They are already looking at Audi's which is sad for an entire family which had Ford loyalty and family members that retired from Ford. If that happens, the Mustang gets sold, the E-150 gets sold, and I'll probably escalate my public campaign further out of general principals. There is right and...

I'm a little concerned about future Mustangs

And your guess would be wrong but thank you for your input. Of course, if they get in an accident after I've notified Ford not only of the problem but also a possible inexpensive and private solution, then the surviving family will be anything but broke. If this was a simple maintenance...

    Turbo Suggestions

Then go for it. I don't have any experience with turbos, just all the stuff you need to keep a 500+ car running.

I'm a little concerned about future Mustangs

Actually, there was far more wrong with the Cobra than just lower power. Mine was sitting on the lot to be picked up when I decided not to buy it and even the dealer didn't know all the issues. The stalling isn't a single time issue, it's now happened 3 times. My in-laws live in a different...

    About to buy an SN95 - 5.0 or 4.6?

Getting a 4.6L to over 500RWHP is tough on street gas. That's about as far as I'm willing to push mine before detonation starts becoming an issue. There there is the inevitable reinforcing you need to do down the drivetrain like suspension, body, clutch, differential, etc... You are also...

    Turbo Suggestions

I would think through why you are getting a power adder and what you want to do with it. If it's drag-racing, go for it. If it's road-course racing, you might be better off with a supercharger.

I'm a little concerned about future Mustangs

The issues isn't the car, it's the company behind the car. And again, I bring up the 1999 Mustang Cobra as an example. How would you have like to have bought that car and the company simply says, "we know there are problems but we will fix them at some unknown time down the road". In this...
