Mine are due in the mail tomorrow, I would say set front full soft. Left rear start at mid setting and right rear 2 setting harder. Start with those settings and play with the rear adjustment until it feells right.

Yeah now we just need a fix.. :) I started to look at the service manual and see that everything is electric. So I dont know that the Engine RPM would be related, I'm going to spend some time under the desk this weekend and try to figure out where the noise is coming from and at what times.
