Any updates? Are the police involved in the search? I hope you can recover it before it is parted out too bad. I honestly can't see how the thieves can feel they can sell parts off the car without them getting caught.
As low as the car sits and the fact that I drive the car and I installed a rear end girdle, I painted the rear end flat black and didn't worry about making the underside show quality finish as I don't do concourse shows anyway.
To answer your question about the underside. I used a pressure washer and cleaned it but that was all. The engine bay however was completely gutted and painted by me when I had everything out.
You'res are totally different materials and a different shade of gray. The material we are referring to is in the material in the center sections of the seats that have a pattern design. You'res can be easily recovered at any upholstery shop.
Sorry to hear about your father. I'm sure I'm speaking for everyone here when I say thanks for the interest in getting this material and we all look forward to seeing the resutls and getting this thing moving forward.
I redid my Saleen seats with the solid gray outer material and kept my original center material as it was still in mint condition. But I'd like to get some of it for just in case.
