x2--I would do what "SpartaPerformance" said and see if the CEL disappears with the stock parts back in. @ the OP--Taking the car to the dealer with the said parts/tune you installed / won't that void the warranty?

I was facing the same problem for a long time that I almost sold my car out of frustration. I traced my problem with a test light to a faulty safety neutral switch which would sometimes work and when it wasn't it would hang my starter. I just bypassed the wiring and now I have had no hung...

I am glad OP posted this as I am also in the market for the new 2011 5.0s. Good to know what the issues are on the 2011s as I will make a note on them during my test drives.

I had to go through this nightmare and replaced so many parts. The only part left was the safety neutral switch (I have an automatic). Instead of buying a new safety neutral switch I just bypassed it and have never ever had anymore problems with starter stuck on even with the key off. Good luck...

x2 Just enjoy what you have and wait for next year. I could buy a new 2011 5.0right now but I will patiently see what Ford has in store for next year. By next year or two the prices of these new 2011 5.0 and even GT500s will depreciate in value and be easier on the wallet.

Because you are probably sucking in oil through your upper intake. The oil usually puddles in the back of the intake through the vacuum hose coming off the pcv valve. Which is why the back of the engine/plugs are wet compared to the front. Did you try pulling off your upper intake and check...

I remember from my past readings the Dart Jr's had problems with flash castings inhibiting airflow. I am very happy with my TFS iron heads.
