They have the upper loops that go on the back of the seats, but not the lower loops for the sides of the seats. I wouldn't care but it keeps the ends of the belts from scratching the crap out of the sides of the doors and banging against them.

My buddy has a 2004 Boyd Coddington Roush with the Smoothies mounted. If I were you I would definitely wait to put them on. They are a pain in the ass to keep clean. If it rains the shine fades, he spends more time polishing the damn wheels than he does driving it.
