I already have the relay kit from Meziere :D . When the realy is activated, the electric water pump draws its current straight from the alternator output post, and the ground goes straight to ground. I just needed a 12 V signal to activate the relay (very small current draw). The source...

Yep, it works. I got mine with a canned tune from Mustang Tuning. I wasn't expecting very much since these cars are already tuned aggressively from the factory, but there was a noticable improvement. Two thumbs up!
