i didn't realize these were ever stock on 94-95's. i called a dealer and they're like 6 bucks and change each. i'm not 100% sure how they will look, but for that price it can't hurt to try! i might paint them.

the street rod store does custom exhaust The StreetRod Store LLC but i've only bought stuff from the store. any exhaust shop should be able to handle what you need if it's a bolt only/minor welding. I had a midas cut and weld a piece on my h pipe, it's basic stuff
