yeah, just wanna see if there any car clubs or any basically cool places to hang out down there.
for now I will have to leave the stang at my in-laws in PA though :(
sounds about right
same thing happend to me when i raced my buddy and we were both near stock at the time accept I diddn't spin quite as much so through 1st and 2nd I diddn't lose any ground
whenever we raced from a dig though I kinda romped him but there goes driver skill and reaction time
the sticker in the door or whereever is the GVWR
which means basically, the car with a full tank of gas, all the fluids, and carrying all the weight that that car can legally carry
so that number is very blown up
most street foxes tip the scales at about 30-3200lbs and they can be taken down way lower than that
my friends carbed notch had a race weight of about 2800lbs and all he did was a little basic weight reduction
have to phone the preveiuse owner on that one
I guess that what I get for buying somebody elses project :bang:
I assume I can just take some pliers and twist out the dowl pins off the 95 motor and use those
I'm gonna run the part # on the centerforce piece and see if I can...
what pressure you run?
sometimes also with new slicks or dr's you gotta haze em' real good first time out to get all the sticky chemicals to the surface
in the middle of swapping motors and came across this problem when I went to put the clutch on
the 88 flywheel doesn't have the pegs on it for the clutch, however the 92 does. the 92 also has 2 raised bumps along the perimiter about where the bolts go and the 88 does not have these raised...
I was digging through my junk and I cam across some 94-95LT1 injectors
can I use these in my motor?
my old 19# are literally falling apart and need to be replace and I think swiching these in could be a nice cheap mod.
btw, I am 95% sure they are 24#
