SOLD!!

For sale are factory rims from a 2004 Mustang GT. They are in excellent shape, only 20k miles on the rims. Mounted are Blizzak WS-50 snow tires, with even less mileage. About 60% tread life left using tread depth guage. They help the mustang greatly in the winter. Fit 99-04 model year, not sure...

Maybe for the 'fun' of doing such a thing. My best investment guess is it would retain its current value plus inflation, not sure anymore than that. Especially if you leave everything new on it, has less than 100 miles, as if it were fresh from the factory (plastic wrap on seats and such)...

I don't think the GT will go straight to 400. Need something for the future and special models. I say they hold back around the 350 area, still 35 more horse than the previous.

I'd recommend Americanmuscle.com, they've got good prices on rims. Then check tirerack.com for winter tires. I think I got everything done for about a grand with install. Check around at tire rack for installer prices near you. I found if I traveled 20 miles, I saved 50 on the install. Not...

If this will be as fuel efficient as a manual, I wonder if drivetrain horsepower loss will also now be on equal footing? No more different stock dyno numbers that depend on your tranny type?

This seems ripe for a paddleshifting setup. I would love to see that in a GT500.

I'm pretty sure the 100% replacement means all current automatics could get replaced with this, not manuals.

Lots of articles from May of this year about it. Maybe the next major SYNC update will include it if the last one was in May. Major SYNC updates every 6-12 months would put as at November of this year or early next. Pandora and Ford

You guys listening to Pandora in your stang? Read an article from March stating a later Sync update was going to enable this (maybe it does now?). However, they also said you could already hook up via USB and run it off your phone. Any of you guys doing this? I'm probably late to the game...

Reducing the number of dealerships is also going to hurt GM greatly and give more share to Ford. This may happen faster than previously planned. They said due to the clunker program clearing out inventory so fast, they will just not restock some dealerships that were planned to get axed...
