I made them out of GTP exhaust tips..And the alum piece I added to make up the space.. You have a spot in the middle that looks out of place without the spacer.

You have to tighten both sides evenly so the clamp sits flat with the flange so turn one bolt then the other the same you should have no leaks

I have the pullies and have had no effects whats so ever on the alt , I run the shaker 500 with a custom built sub box 2-10's and a 500 watt amp. I have run it in the summer with the ac on and in the fall with the heater on and nothing. As long as you don't go pass your cars alt ability which is...

For those have done this could you not just use the compresser on the rears as well or would that just take longer? I'm planning this in a couple weeks and was thinking it would be easier I have to do both control arms and a pan as well. I'm in a small single garage with no room...fun fun

Yes..I would say half day job, I didn't lift the motor or take off the starter. I did drop the cats be careful with the top o2's kind of hard to get at to unplug you need small hands. getting to the bolts by the motor mounts are the hardest I used a 1/4 drive and a elbow and just took my time...
