Personally I think the Mac Straight Shot is the prettiest.I have one and I like it.Alot of people here hate Mac,I think there stuff is OK.

I dont understand why he would take a chance.Its a big job.Do it once and do it right.This is a job you dont want to cut corners on.

I just did the same thing,Only I didnt have any problems like that.I didnt do a tune either,I dont think you need one.

Definately scraping!!I dont know if it was the cats or my front crossmember.But it was a scrape for sure.When I had those springs put on it was way low.I loved the look,but wasnt very practical for daily driving.

I disagree.When I dropped mine 2" I would drive down the freeway and hit a dip going 65,it would defiantely scrape.Thats just my experience.

I dont think anyone here likes Mac.I do,I think there stuff is decent.I think the straight shot though is more for bling.Thats why I like it.

Dont go 2"!!!!Its too much,youll scrape everything.

Im sure that was more from the SS lines than the rotors and pads. What are the SS lines.Id love to get rid of the spongy feel.

I dont know what size or brand your using,but if they are the same size as stock I wouldnt expect much.I got some from Ebay,they look nice but braking isnt really any better.Still more fade than I would like to have.However,I love the way they look.Make sure to paint your calipers,youll love...

You dont need to change anything nor should you.Changing the MAF will probably cause more problems.I dont think you need to change it unless you with a S/C.

Im sure everyone here will tell you to switch.From what I understand piggybacks cause long term problems.

If Im not mistaken it doesnt cover the factory holes.So be prepared to have them covered.

I really like the 17" deep dish.

I use NXT and a good carnuba like Mothers.If you really want to bring your black paint to life make sure to claybar!!
