There are two larger 2 wire connectors: one on the heater tube, one on the lower intake behind the 5th cly injecter. The one on the drivers side has a black/blue and a green/purple wire. is the one on the heater for the computer? Is the one between the 5th and 6th cly injecter for the guage...

the instructions are at home, I think it said avoid the " negative side" of the coil. I don't think the 87 lx had the coolant sensor... It is a very early 87... Any other examples? Man, I need internet at home... This is harder at work... Thanks guys!

There are 3 wires. 2- Black 1- BLue I have the DCC Fk35. It needs 2 connections, neggative and possitive. I beleive that the blue is positive, i can see that at the bottom of the plug on the fan. But there are 2 blk's, how do I know that I am wiring the fan on HIgh? Basicly...

I guess I have to bust out the volt meeter. The UD constantly runs at least 10% at all times. I deleted the AC. Would the stereo wire (6 gauge) right off of the possitive terminal work? Where does your temp needle stand on the guage when it hits 180?

I am pretty sure I just need a constant 12v source, the stereo should be a constant because it remembers the time, CD track, Radio stations... Should the fan come on when I start the car?

good luck man, i'll fire my 331 up on sunday or monday. It should be about 110* outside that day too, the DCC unit and the Lincoln fan is sittin in the garage... Tell us when you find out what it is! And let me know how it feels compared to the 302!
