Ok I found the problem, The ignition switch is bad I traced the wires with a voltmeter all way to the ignition switch not the lock cylinder the switch. I am going to go get one now.

just get those red and green rings that you see in the battery section at the parts store I have used them for 3 years on all my cars and I dont have any corrosion or acid on my batteries or terminals

Oh ok, thanks for the post I know my voltage regulater is still good, I doesnt go past 14v I am going to recheck wires and replace the ground and alt wire and maybe the starter wire

I have checked all the grounds they seem to be fine they are not corroded at all and the cable is still soft and new looking
