If you install the SLP off-road X-pipe, (NO cats) You'll either need O2 sims or an SCT tuner + tune with the rear o2 sensors turned off. Other wise you'll get a CEL and go into limp mode. Same for JLT CAI. Modular Warehouse sould be able to sell you and ship you an SCT 2 with the JLT tunes...
