1995 Escort question Im about to pick up a 1995 Ford Escort for my daily driver. Its a 4dr sedan. 5spd and 1.9ltr engine. It has 69,000 original miles (already verified). How reliable are these cars? I believe it has a Mazda engine? Who makes the trannys? Does it really get 33mpg combined...

When I put the control to max a/c it sounds as if it is working correctly but the air is coming out of the dash and floor which is not giving the correct air flow from the dash. I noticed that there is a trap door under the passenger side of the dash and it is open. Is this correct or should it...

175 miles half tank. 6 gallons to fill from half. I have never put more than 14 gallons of gas in the tank from empty. On the highway I get 28-30 combined ill get 23.

Give it a try. I drove to Long Island this week. I tried 1.5oz to 10 gallons. I got 175 miles on a half a tank before the F@@king traffic. On the way back I filled up in NJ added the acetone- I have 285miles on the tank and have 1/8th of the tank left.

I have 198,000 plus. Burns oil. Just today I did a sick burnout. No signs of slowing down.
