I installed 4.30's in mine about 6 months ago, and they feel like crap compared to 3.73's in an old fox-body mustang. normally gears are the most "seat of the pants" bang for the buck mod there is but, they truly felt like crap in my 05 GT

i got it off of ebay, yeah, you can still see through, you can make them as dark as you want though, and the lense is still shiny

I was turning 13.50 at 105 w/ the stock gear, now w/ the 4.30's my car runs 13.30 at 104....hope this helps. but a buddy of mine is going 13.0 w/ just a tuner and CAI...stock tires also.

The lights look pretty good up close, almost like the plastic itself was tinted. No streaks either. I might end up taking the black off of the foglights, b/c it kinda looks like dark purple, probably b/c of the clear lense and the reflector inside the light...but on the sidemarkers it looks...

Yours looks pretty badass, but at the same time, you've got to have the motor to back up the black on black wheels if you ask me. I've only ran in the low 13's so probably a good idea to put some "shiny" racing style wheels on mine, but definately have considered the black wheels on mine as...

Oh, it's definately a common problem w/ the 05's, mine is scratched to hell, and my friend that owns a window tint shop's is scratached to hell also......It is b/c the interior guide doesn't have felt. Hope this helps, maybe we need a group complaint towards Ford.

Don't get a V6 vert only b/c of avalability, You'll probably kick yourself after the GT's start becoming abudnatly available. but to answer your question....with the top down, just about anyone could fit....LOL I'm 5' 11", and I fit w/ out any problems what so ever in my 05 GT hard top.
